How do I book a pandit?
Choose a pooja, review pandit profile and services, select a valid date and time, add the service address, and complete payment.
Can I choose a specific pandit?
Yes. Public pandit profiles show experience, services, city, ratings, and pricing details where available.
Are samagri items included?
It depends on the selected service option. Check included items, excluded items, and items you must bring before payment.
Can users cancel a booked pooja?
Yes, from booking details if more than 24 hours remain before the scheduled time. Refund to wallet is 80% (72+ hours ahead), 50% (36–72 hours), or 20% (24–36 hours). Within 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed.
How does start and end approval work?
The pandit requests start approval when the pooja begins and end approval when complete. Users should approve only if the stage actually happened.
How are refunds handled?
Eligible refunds are credited to the user's wallet and are limited by verified paid amount minus any previous refunds.
