The current user flow does not allow self-cancellation of a booked pooja. Contact support for refund or cancellation review.

The pandit requests start approval when the pooja begins and end approval when complete. Users should approve only if the stage actually happened.

Eligible refunds are credited to the user's wallet and are limited by verified paid amount minus any previous refunds.
